Caludon Castle School in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic, self‑motivated professional to join our student support team as a cover supervisor. The role involves covering short periods of absence, providing valuable classroom experience, and serving as a tutor to offer pastoral support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading planned lessons and maintaining student engagement in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Inspiring and enthusing students to keep their learning on track.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal and organisational skills in a supportive classroom setting.
• Collaborating with a team of energetic and enthusiastic colleagues to achieve high teaching standards.
