We are now looking for a passionate and engaging Learning and Development Trainer to join our Learning & Development team.
The role
This is a hands-on and varied role where you will design, deliver and embed high-quality training across our Food stores, Funeral homes and Support Centre. You'll play a key part in ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence and knowledge to perform at their best. You will deliver a blend of face-to-face workshops, virtual training and digital learning, while supporting the development and ongoing use of our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training workshops across the Society using face-to-face, virtual and blended learning methods
• Create inspiring digital learning content and interactive eLearning modules within the LMS
• Support the maintenance, administration and effective use of the LMS, providing guidance to colleagues
