About the Role /Job Summary
A leading educational institution is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Lead for their Media & Games Design department. This role involves leading the development and delivery of an innovative curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Media & Games Design curriculum.
- Ensure the curriculum is aligned with industry trends and educational standards.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support to teaching staff in curriculum delivery.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote the department and its offerings.
- Proven experience in curriculum development within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of Media & Games Design and related industries.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Relevant degree in Media, Games Design, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is desirable.

- Experience in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Experience in managing teams and resources effectively.
