The Governors are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic individual who will work both independently and alongside teachers. The purpose of this role is to provide high‑quality teaching and learning support through the delivery of planned lessons across the school, primarily covering teachers' PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) time and leadership management time. The successful candidate will work flexibly across year groups to ensure continuity of learning, maintain high expectations for pupils, and contribute positively to the school's ethos.
The role will also support initiatives and enrichment opportunities, helping to drive school improvement and enhance outcomes for all pupils.
