justteachers is proud to be working with a delightful village primary school on the outskirts of Coventry to recruit a KS1 Teacher for a long-term supply assignment starting in September 2026.

Set in a picturesque village location, this small and friendly primary school is at the heart of its community. With a strong emphasis on care, creativity, and curiosity, the school provides a warm and supportive environment where every child is known and valued. Staff work closely together to create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages both academic and personal growth.

You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to a mixed-ability KS1 class, helping young learners build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment activities

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have a proven track record of teaching primary at KS1.
• A warm, caring, and flexible approach to teaching
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Two education or school based references.
