You’ll lead lessons, manage behaviour, and support pupils of all abilities, helping them thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEN pupils' needs across subjects and year groups
• Children from 8-18 years with a range of SEND; all pupils will have an EHCP
• Maintain a calm, structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupils' learning, social and emotional development throughout the day
• Adapt quickly to new settings, following school routines and individual support plans

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in UK schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
  
  Flexible, adaptable, and confident working across year groups/subjects
• Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting
