We're recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist provision in Coventry, with temp-to-perm opportunities available for September starts.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, committed and enthusiastic about working with learners who have a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties and complex needs.

• Support young people with a range of additional needs
• Assist with classroom learning, communication and independence skills
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists
• Promote a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
• Build strong, supportive relationships with learners

• Experience supporting young people with SEN (education, care or residential settings)
• A calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping learners progress
• Ability to commit to regular days each week
