English Teacher

Flourish Education are recruiting for an English Teacher to join a Secondary School in South Coventry. This is a full-time role, and the position is due to start in September for the Autumn term.

Our partnership school is seeking an English Teacher to deliver exciting lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.

You will take on full class teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, assessment and marking, parents’ evenings and report writing for KS3 and KS4 students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching English within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements
• Deep understanding of grammar, syntax, phonology, and vocabulary.
• Designing engaging tasks and adapting materials to match a curriculum or syllabus.

• Pay from £168.80-£232.57, which equates to £32,916 to £45,352 based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
