CU Apprenticeships (Better Futures) Ltd, part of the Coventry University Group, has been delivering Higher and Degree Apprenticeships since 2017 and has grown to be one of the largest university providers of apprenticeship training. We deliver a broad range of apprenticeships spanning over 50 programmes including Health, Construction, Engineering, Business and Education.

The Role

As an Apprenticeship Admissions Advisor, you will play a crucial role at the very start of the apprentice journey, guiding applicants from their initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will provide operational excellence and help shape the quality, compliance and learner experience that our apprenticeship provision is known for.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of applicants throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Conduct and schedule Initial Assessments.
  • Process applications in line with funding rules.
  • Review Skills Scans and support Recognised Prior Learning decisions.
  • Liaise with academic teams.
  • Maintain meticulous learner records.
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email.
Successful Candidate

Our successful candidate will require strong organisational skills and high attention to detail to effectively manage their caseload.

You will demonstrate good communication skills, alongside excellent customer care skills demonstrated through previous experience in a customer‑facing role.

Good administration and Microsoft Office experience are also essential for this position.

Previous experience in Higher Education or apprenticeships would be beneficial for this role, as would experience in a regulated environment.
