Role Overview
Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is recruiting a professional and enthusiastic individual to join the pastoral team and support students across all year groups. The successful candidate will develop relationships with students of all abilities to help them maximise their learning potential throughout their school career.
Responsibilities- Work as part of the pastoral team to support student wellbeing and development.
- Engage with students across all year groups, fostering positive relationships and encouraging personal growth.
- Assist in the delivery of pastoral care programmes and support initiatives to maximise learning potential.
- Committed and motivated professional with a high positive regard for young people.
- Experience working with students of all abilities and year groups.
- Eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions; must provide proof of Right to Work at interview stage.
