This SEN school needs needs a Deputy Headteacher to work in partnership with a newly appointed Headteacher creating the strategy to enable this school to grow and children to flourish.
As a Deputy Headteacher you will provide clear leadership from day one across teaching, learning, policies, culture, and outcomes as part of the SLT. You will understand the unique needs of SEN children and be part of the team that makes this environment a place where children learn, build confidence and grow. You will be supporting the Headteacher on recruitment initiatives and be responsible for enabling staff to grow through coaching and personal development.
You will be:
-
- An experienced or aspiring Deputy Headteacher
- QTS and have senior leadership experience in SEN
- Able to impact outcomes for pupils with SEN
- Have strong knowledge of KCSIE, the SEN Code of Practice
- A confident leader of people, curriculum, and culture

You will set direction, keep children safe, and drive steady growth. You will lead with positive objectives, working closely with the headteacher and team.
