KPI Education is recruiting a SENDCo to lead inclusive education at an outstanding independent school in Coventry. You will shape the SEND strategy, work with senior leaders and embed personalised support across the campus.
With QTS and significant SEND leadership experience, you will manage a team of teaching assistants, oversee EHCPs and annual reviews, and drive high standards of inclusion and outcomes for learners with diverse needs.
