East Durham College seeks two Transitions Officers to support learners with SEND and high needs from school into college and from college into employment or progression pathways. One role is based at Houghall Campus and the other at Willerby Grove.
The post holder strengthens transition planning and communication with all stakeholders to ensure a timely, smooth, well-informed transition into college life prior to enrolment.
