About the role

Up to £27,528 plus excellent benefits. This is a maternity cover role finishing July 2027.

• Work with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them learn, develop abilities and raise self‑esteem.
• Support teachers in the classroom and collaborate closely with therapists and pastoral staff.
• Provide individualised support to meet students’ educational, emotional and personal development goals.

• Experience working in a classroom setting is highly desirable; if you do not have classroom experience we will provide relevant training.
• Passion for supporting children to learn and an enthusiastic, team‑oriented attitude.
• Resilient, dedicated, and with a genuine interest in supporting neurodivergent pupils.
