Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 12–13 with SEND in a SEND School in Houghton-le-Spring. Role involves 1:1 and small group support, plus some EYFS curriculum planning and delivery, within a supportive team.
The contract is full-time until July 2027, starting September 2026. Requirements include an HLTA or Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, and a DBS update service or willingness to obtain one.
