Hereward College is hiring a Pathway Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and assessment across the Pathway. You will support learners to achieve their educational and personal goals in line with their EHCPs and work with colleagues to provide personalised, inclusive learning.
You will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress, maintain records and promote employability skills, literacy and numeracy throughout the curriculum.
