8:30am – 3:30pm | Term Time Only

We are looking for a SEND specialist to make a real difference in the lives of young people. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Coventry, passionate about student progress and committed to helping every student reach their full potential.

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful learning
• Support pupils with reading, writing, and classwork
• Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support development
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised support
• Assist with behaviour management in a nurturing and positive way
• Observe pupils and contribute to learning records
• Develop your curriculum knowledge as the school grows
• Help shape classroom routines and contribute to our evolving school culture

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Experience working with children with special educational needs

• A Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree
