Milk Education is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to complete their induction through Sunderland-based long-term and supply teaching placements. This role offers flexible hours, ongoing support from a Milk Education consultant, and opportunities to gain diverse experience across a network of primary schools.
Ideal candidates will hold QTS (or be close to completing it), with a passion for teaching, strong classroom management, and commitment to safeguarding.
