Engage Education is hiring a Trainee Teaching Assistant for a secondary school in Redbridge. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assist with phonics and literacy/numeracy, and help with lesson prep while undertaking a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
No prior school experience is required; just the right attitude and commitment to an 11-month apprenticeship. Salary is paid hourly as an apprenticeship wage, with mentoring and progression opportunities.
