We have established relationships with schools across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and regularly support ECTs in finding opportunities that suit their career goals. Many ECTs choose to begin with supply teaching, allowing them to gain experience across different schools, year groups and teaching environments while building confidence in the classroom.

Others are focused on securing a longer-term role where they can complete their ECT induction and establish themselves within a school community.
