  • Cover key themes including AI strategy and adoption, process analysis, automation workflows, responsible and ethical AI, data and information security, risk, governance, stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Provide one-to-one coaching, progress reviews and timely developmental feedback, agreeing clear actions that keep learners on programme and progressing.
  • Support learners to gather high-quality workplace evidence and prepare confidently for gateway and end-point assessment.
  • Work closely with employers and line managers to ensure learning is applied in the workplace and produces demonstrable business impact.
  • Track learner progress accurately, maintain compliant records and intervene early where additional support is required.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, lesson planning, learning resources, assessment activities and continuous programme improvement.
  • Participate in quality assurance, standardisation, observations of teaching and learning, self-assessment and improvement planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of generative AI, automation tools, emerging technologies, regulation and sector best practice.
  • Embed safeguarding, Prevent, equality, diversity, inclusion and British values throughout delivery.
About you

You will combine credible, hands‑on AI and automation experience with the ability to make complex subjects clear, useful and engaging for adult learners.

  • Strong practical experience of applying artificial intelligence and automation to improve business processes or services.
  • Current knowledge of generative AI, workflow automation, digital transformation and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience delivering technical training, coaching, facilitation or workplace learning to adults.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to contextualise learning for different organisations, roles and sectors.
  • Sound understanding of data protection, information security, ethical AI, risk management and governance.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and confident managing a remote learner caseload.
  • Committed to high‑quality learner experiences, measurable progress and positive outcomes.
  • Experience delivering apprenticeships or funded adult skills programmes.
  • Knowledge of the Level 4 Artificial Intelligence and Automation Practitioner standard (ST1512), its knowledge, skills and behaviours, gateway and end‑point assessment requirements.
  • A recognised teaching, training, coaching or assessor qualification.
  • Experience with no‑code/low‑code automation platforms, APIs, data analysis tools, Python or related technologies.
  • Experience supporting curriculum development, quality assurance or programme launch activity.
Additional requirements
  • English and maths qualifications at Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Willingness to undertake relevant safer‑recruitment checks, including a DBS check where required.
  • Right to work in the UK.
