We work with a wide range of primary schools across Coventry and regularly support teachers looking for everything from occasional supply work to longer-term teaching positions. Whether you're looking to improve your work-life balance, gain experience in different schools or find a role that fits around other commitments, we can help you explore the options available.

Your new role

Many teachers choose supply work because it offers flexibility while still providing the opportunity to work in the classroom and make a difference. Others use supply teaching as a route into longer-term roles once they've found the right school.

We are keen to speak with teachers interested in:

Day-to-day supply teaching
Part-time teaching opportunities
Long-term placements
Maternity cover roles
Job-share positions
Fixed-term contracts

Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with schools throughout Coventry.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Excellent communication skills
A professional and positive approach
