About this Role

Job Title Senior Cover Supervisor

Employment Status: Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

Actual Salary: £25,338 pro rata, perannum

Full time equivalent salary: Support staff Grade 5 - FTE £28,598 - £34,434 perannum

About the role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and flexible team player for this role of Senior Cover Supervisor.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Isenthusiastic and inspiring with excellent classroom management skills
  • Hasrelevant experience of working with and supporting primary aged pupils
  • Whocan promote positive values and attitudes within the classroom
  • Understandstheir role in safeguarding and protecting children

All staff are expected to know whatto do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children's welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIEpart 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
