Early Years Teaching Assistant Apprentice

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic apprentice to join a supportive and welcoming School, where you will develop your skills and make a real difference to pupils progress and wellbeing.
What You’ll Get:
Salary
: £8 per hour for the first 12 months followed by National Minimum Wage for your age

Apprenticeship Qualification - Gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification. Early Years Level 2/3 Apprenticeship, 15-18 months practical training plus up to 8 weeks for the end point assessment

Location: Coventry, CV6
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Friday - 8:30am - 4:00pm
What They’re Looking For:
English and Math’s GCSE 4+ or equivalent desirable
A desire to work with children and support them
The ability to use relevant technology/equipment
The ability to work as part of a team
A commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school
Personal skills and qualities required to form positive relationships with children, parents and carers
High aspirations for pupils and themselves
