Luma are currently recruiting Teachers to join a small, growing specialist education setting in Coventry, where pupils benefit from small class sizes and a more personalised approach to learning.

Are you an ECT looking for the right environment to develop your teaching career, or an experienced teacher considering a change from mainstream education?
The RoleYou will teach and support young people with a range of additional needs, adapting lessons and activities to suit individual abilities and learning goals.
- Planning and delivering engaging, personalised lessons
- Supporting pupils with SEND, autism, learning difficulties and additional needs
- Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
- Creating a calm, positive and structured classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning plans
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other members of the team
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and life skills
- Taking part in training and professional development

What You Can Expect- £150-£240 per day, depending on experience
