A friendly and inclusive primary school in Coventry is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join its teaching team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing high-quality teaching, nurturing positive relationships, and helping pupils achieve their potential. • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum
• Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to support individual needs
• Take an active role in the wider life, values, and community of the school

• Holds QTS or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status
• Has a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject (2:1 or above)
• Is passionate about child-centred learning and supporting pupil wellbeing
• Is committed to raising attainment and securing positive outcomes for pupils
• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive approach to the classroom
• Works well collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider school team
