A friendly and inclusive primary school in Coventry is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join its teaching team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing high-quality teaching, nurturing positive relationships, and helping pupils achieve their potential. What’sthe role?
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum
- Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to support individual needs
- Take an active role in the wider life, values, and community of the school
- Holds QTS or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status
- Has a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject (2:1 or above)
- Is passionate about child-centred learning and supporting pupil wellbeing
- Is committed to raising attainment and securing positive outcomes for pupils
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive approach to the classroom
- Works well collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider school team
- A welcoming and supportive teaching team
- Strong mentoring and induction for ECTs
