We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Home School Liaison Officer to support children whose education is at risk due to attendance-related issues. The successful candidate will take particular note of attendance issues affecting vulnerable groups, especially Looked After Children, SEN, FSM/Pupil Premium and EAL students, taking appropriate action where necessary.
The role will involve assessing need, implementing effective interventions and evaluating outcomes against agreed objectives, ensuring that barriers to attendance and engagement with learning are addressed effectively.
Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is a growing organisation, which is currently made up of eight schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The Primary and Secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a "World Class" education for all.
