We work with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools, offering day‑to‑day supply roles that allow you to focus on what you do best – inspiring children and delivering engaging lessons – without the additional responsibilities of planning, meetings, data or long‑term commitments.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging pre‑planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour confidently and effectively
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings while maintaining high teaching standards

We're looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Are confident teaching across KS1 and KS2
• Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Are enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply

You’ll work in a range of welcoming primary schools across Allesley, Tile Hill, Eastern Green, Mount Nod, Chapelfields, Earlsdon and Canley. Most schools offer excellent transport links and onsite parking.
