Can you build positive relationships, set clear boundaries and help young people succeed?

Teaching Personnel are seeking Behaviour Mentors to support secondary schools and specialist provisions across Staffordshire.

You will work with students who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support, helping them engage positively with education and achieve their potential.

• Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

• Building strong and consistent relationships

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

• Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

• Acting as a positive role model for young people

• Sports coaches

• Youth workers

• Behaviour support staff

• Ex-military personnel

• Residential care workers

• Individuals with mentoring experience

• Resilient and confident individuals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience working with young people
