Are you an experienced Nursery Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Coventry?
Flourish Education are working with a welcoming and well-established primary school in Coventry who are looking for a passionate Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team on a part-time basis.

As a Nursery Teacher, you will play an important role in creating a fun, engaging and stimulating learning environment where children can develop their confidence, independence and love of learning. You’ll work closely with the existing Early Years team to deliver high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework.
This is a part-time position starting ASAP and continuing until December 2026, working every Wednesday and Friday. There are no planning responsibilities, allowing you to focus on teaching, engaging with the children and supporting their development.
Job Role- Teach within the Nursery setting, delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment
- Support children’s social, emotional and academic development
- Observe, assess and track children’s progress and development
- Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of learners
- Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, parents and carers
- Work as part of a supportive and collaborative Early Years team
- No planning responsibilities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Previous experience as a Nursery Teacher, Early Years Teacher, Class Teacher or EYFS Teacher
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
- Experience working within a Nursery or Early Years setting
- Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- A creative, nurturing and engaging approach to teaching
- Ability to adapt teaching and activities to support different learning needs
- Availability to work every Wednesday and Friday
- Available to start ASAP
As a Primary Teacher working through Flourish Education, you will also benefit from:
- Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068–£46,937 based on 5 days per week across a full school year, depending on experience (M1–M6)

This position is based in Coventry and is easily commutable from surrounding areas including Nuneaton, Bedworth, Kenilworth, Rugby and Warwick. The school benefits from strong transport links and offers onsite parking.
