Finham Park Primary is recruiting a Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join a dedicated team in Coventry. The role focuses on supporting teachers, delivering tailored interventions, and assisting with 1:1 support and Special Needs programmes.
You'll work under supervision to help children develop academically and socially, with training leading to a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard over about 15 months, plus end-point assessment. Apprenticeship pay applies and progression possible.
