Basic Salary £40,000 - £45,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Fire & Security company with a strong presence across the commercial and public sector. The business is known for its high standards, stable contracts, and supportive approach to its engineering team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Fire & Security Engineer to cover service and small works across the Coventry area.

This role offers long-term stability, a sensible call-out rota, and genuine progression within a professional, well-run business.

Responsibilities as a Fire and Security Engineer

* Servicing and small works on Fire & Security systems

* Participation in an on-call rota

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and regulations

* Covering between Northampton and Loughborough including Coventry

Package & Benefits for a Fire and Security Engineer

* Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000

* Travel paid after 30 minutes

* 1 in 6 weeks call-out rota

 * £100 standby per week (Very quiet)

* 22 days holiday + bank holidays

* Career progression
