Senior Planning and Scheduling Support

Hybrid working between Planetary Road, Wolverhampton (WV13 3XA
) & Home - minimum 3 days per week in office & up to 5 days per week initially whilst training

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning and Scheduling Support to join our Networks team. As Senior Planning and Scheduling Support, you’ll play a key role in managing the planning cycle across all work types, ensuring efficient delivery and positive customer journeys. You’ll analyse data, create realistic plans, and collaborate with operational teams to meet annual targets.

• Planning Expertise - Support all aspects of the planning cycle, from programme build to raising Streetworks permits.
• Data Analysis - Provide insights to improve planning processes and operational performance.
• Customer Focus - Resolve escalated queries and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Process Improvement - Develop standard operating procedures and enhance scheduling methods.
• Collaboration - Work closely with operational teams to deliver network plans and targets.

• Organised, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in Microsoft Office and core systems (SAP, Click Software).
• Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confidence in Highway Authority liaison and LDP/contractor planning/liaison
• Ability to analyse data and support performance improvements.
