Location: Coventry - CV3 2TX

Salary: Up to £44,000 (Depending on experience) plus uncapped BONUS

Are you an experienced Engineering or Technical Recruiter ready to take the next step into leadership? Or a proven Recruitment Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a fast‑growing specialism?

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Engineering / Technical Recruitment (essential)
  • A track record of winning new business and growing market share
  • Genuine leadership ambition and a passion for developing others
  • A driving licence & access to a vehicle for regular client visits across the Midlands

We’re open to recruiters from various engineering verticals, including automotive, aerospace, robotics, machinery, metal, fabrication or production, or other technically complex markets.
