What you'll lead:
Recruitment across a mix of white and blue-collar engineering roles, including:
Production Managers
CNC & Manufacturing roles
Electrical & Mechanical Engineers
Design, Development, HSE, Maintenance & Field Service roles
Your impact:
Lead & Inspire - manage and grow a team of specialist engineering recruiters while running your own successful desk
Drive Growth - expand Reed's presence across permanent, contract and interim engineering roles
Strategic Sales Leadership - set meaningful KPIs focused on quality and long-term success
Win New Business - through client engagement, networking and innovative sales strategies
Coach & Develop - build a high-performance culture through mentorship and support
What you'll bring:
Experience in Engineering / Technical Recruitment (essential)
Proven Sales & Business Development success, including winning new clients and growing market share

Driving Licence & Own Vehicle - required for regular client visits across the Midlands
