Senior Negotiator (UK)

We are seeking an epxerience Senior Negotiator to lead the procurement of large-scale investment projects and industrial works across the UK. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic EMEA procurement structure, focused on deliverying value, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence in capital expenditure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end procurement for CAPEX projects including industrial works, mechanical installations, civil engineering, and technical services.

* Support internal stakeholders in defining operational requirements and procurement strategies.

* Contribute to optimisation of procurement processes using performance KPIs.

* Organise, launch and manage competitive tender processes.

* Analyse and negotiate bids to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.

* Monitor and resolve contractual issues or disputes where necessary.

* Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* 5+ years experience in industrial / technical procurement.

* Proven background in CAPEX purchasing, industrial investments, or technical works procurement.

* Experience with in construction, mechanical, civil engineering, or industrial project environments.

* Full UK driving licence - National travel required.
