Senior Site Engineer

Position: Senior Site Engineer (Permanent)
Our client, a leading consultancy in the geotechnical field, is currently seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join their team.

This role offers a permanent opportunity to play a significant part in a company dedicated to high-quality site investigation services and data.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will:

Manage projects from initial planning through to fieldwork, laboratory testing and reporting
Conduct thorough research, investigation, testing, monitoring, reporting and evaluation to aid in understanding site-specific engineering behaviour
Undertake site investigations related to soil, rock, groundwater and man-made materials
Ensure adherence to all health and safety requirements with the necessary training support provided
Develop skills across all aspects of ground investigation, including report writing, project planning and commercial understanding
Work towards clear progression goals designed to align with the training scheme and pathways towards chartership

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in site/ground investigation or a relevant field such as Earth or Environmental Science, Geology, Geography, Civil Engineering or similar
Relevant qualifications
Enthusiasm and a keen interest in learning
Ability to integrate with and enhance an existing strong team
A full UK driving licence
