Asbestos Surveyor​/Analyst

Overview

We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover sites across the Midlands region. You will be joining a well‑known name within the Asbestos industry, who holds UKAS accreditation and UK wide presence. You will be conducting full asbestos surveys, air monitoring and analytical duties across a mixed portfolio of client sites. • Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst or Surveyor or Analyst
• Will hold industry qualifications, including: BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)
• Good understanding of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
• Flexible to travel across a range of client sites
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in using IT software
• We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP.

• Performing management, refurbishment, demolition and re‑inspection asbestos surveys
• Safely obtaining and bagging ACM samples from site
• Conducting 4 stage clearances
• Full air monitoring duties, including: smoke, reassurance, background, leak and personal
• Producing site‑specific technical reports
• Working across asbestos removals projects, varying in size and type
• Wearing correct PPE at all times
• Representing the company in a professional manner
