Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design of customer products while also developing new and innovative engineering solutions.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with manufacturing and sales teams, as well as visit sensitive defence sites to discuss projects directly with customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and be confident implementing and working with design software such as Solid Works, Inventor, and Vault. The role offers the opportunity to influence and develop the company's design function as it continues to grow.

This position has been created to support the expansion of our in‑house design department and meet increasing customer demand.

• Mechanical Engineering qualification
• Minimum 5 years' design engineering experience
• Experience working with metals
• Solid Works or Inventor experience
• Project management and customer liaison experience
