Technical Group Leader

As a Technical Group Leader, you’ll spearhead the integration of cutting-edge vehicle architectures in the Cockpit, Closures, Exterior, or Cabin Zones. Your leadership will ensure seamless delivery of technical targets, balancing customer needs with programme requirements.

You will develop end-to-end technical delivery plans, address complex engineering challenges through structured problem resolution, and champion Agile methodologies to optimise programme outcomes. Your expertise in vehicle integration, CAD, DV, and test phases will be vital in driving functional and attribute targets.
