You would be a pivotal member of the engineering team, and would report to the lead engineer.

• Innovate & Build:
  With a mixture of automation and manual machinery, mixers, ovens, robotic arms, wrappers – you will be the leading engineer to ensure these are maintained.
• Drive Reliability:
  Embed advanced maintenance strategies and use continuous improvement techniques to eliminate root‑cause failures.
• Optimize Performance:
  Maintain and enhance manufacturing equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.
• Lead with Excellence:
  Coordinate site engineering activities while upholding the highest H&S and Food Safety standards.

• Maintenance Engineer with Electrical understanding (ideally an electrical qualification or time served).
• Engineering Qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Industry experience.
• FMCG Manufacturing experience.
