Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to pass on your knowledge and experience to the next generation?

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer to deliver Level 3 apprenticeship training to learners working towards Mechanical Engineering qualifications.

Duties:

• Deliver theory and practical Mechanical Engineering training to Level 3 apprentices

• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey

• Deliver workshop and classroom-based sessions

• Prepare learners for assessments and End Point Assessment (EPA)

• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback

• Ensure training is delivered safely and to a high standard

• Maintain learner records and training documentation

Requirements:

• Industry experience within Mechanical Engineering

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant Mechanical Engineering discipline

• Passion for developing and supporting apprentices

• Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not essential
