This full-time contract role offers flexible shifts to support evening and night-time vehicle testing, perfect for experienced engineers passionate about automotive lighting validation. You’ll oversee the validation of interior and exterior lighting features
, conducting static and dynamic assessments – including night-time road testing – ensuring compliance with stringent standards. Your technical expertise will facilitate fault identification
, defect management
, and certification documentation
, working collaboratively within Agile teams.

Ideal candidates possess a background in vehicle validation, testing
, or integration
, with skills in complex test execution, fault diagnosis
, and documentation
.

Experience with
lighting systems, electrical features and relevant validation tools such as JIRA or XRAY will be highly valued. A full UK driving licence
, advanced JLR road-driving approval
, and proving-ground access are required.
