The Role As a Workshop Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring industrial cleaning equipment is maintained, serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of industrial cleaning equipment Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and electronic faults Working on petrol, diesel and LPG engine systems Carrying out inspections, testing and preventative maintenance activities Using diagnostic equipment and a variety of hand and power tools Completing repair documentation and service reports accurately Identifying and ordering parts when required Managing workloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Ensuring all workshop activities are completed in line with health and safety procedures What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with engineers who have:
Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding and repair experience
Experience with in engineering environments such as plant, maintenance, agricultural, automotive, hydraulic, pneumatic or industrial machinery Good understanding of mechanical systems, engines and diagnostics Experience using electrical and mechanical tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Engineering qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent (advantageous but not essential) Full UK Driving Licence Why Apply?
