Automotive Launch Engineer

Required Skills & Experience 512 years of experience in Automotive Launch, Manufacturing, Program, Quality, or Product Engineering. Experience supporting new vehicle or component launches within OEM or Tier-1 environments. Strong understanding of clients Product Creation and Delivery processes. Experience managing build events and launch gateways. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Problem Resolution processes . Familiarity with Change Management and Engineering Release processes.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work within global and cross-functional teams.
