As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll work as part of a fast‑paced team, helping maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and service. From prepping ingredients to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, your role is vital to the casino experience. This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

• Solid hospitality experience, passion for great service and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Minimum 18 years of age and legal right to work in the UK.
