Encore seeks an AV Operations Manager to oversee delivery and setup for events at venues across London. You will coordinate planning, prepare and rig equipment, and manage on-site execution for everything from small meetings to large-scale productions.
You will be the primary client contact, manage budgets, collaborate with hotel teams, and help develop standard set designs while driving revenue and service excellence. A strong AV/live events background is essential.
