Service Advisor

We are seeking a Professional Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Coventry. The Service Advisor will be integral to delivering excellent customer service, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards within the business.

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries related to vehicle servicing, repairs, parts, and sales
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles
• Organise collection, delivery, and appointment scheduling for customer vehicles
• Liaise with parts suppliers and chase for parts availability and delivery
• Support workshop teams through effective communication and administration
• Assist with Health & Safety compliance and British Standards documentation
• Provide general support to the General Manager and management team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service activities

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Good mechanical understanding of vehicles and parts
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well within a team
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
