Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager (Permanent)
SF Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager for a Coventry based Manufacturing business. This role will be supporting two manufacturing business units. The Finance Manager role is a highly operational, hands-on role with strong business partnering exposure. The role will be reporting to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational finance business partnering across manufacturing operations

Manage working capital, supplier prioritisation, and cash flow oversight

Support CAPEX, forecasting, and FP&A activities

Analyse manufacturing variances, standard costing, and operational performance

Maintain and review Bills of Materials (BOM) and goods movement cost analysis

Deliver financial insight and challenge to operational stakeholders

Support reporting development, including Power BI (desirable)

Candidate Requirements

Proven manufacturing finance experience

Qualified or QBE candidates considered

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, costing, and operational finance

Advanced Excel skills required

Confident communicator able to influence operational teams

Power BI experience advantageous
