SF Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager for a Coventry based Manufacturing business. This role will be supporting two manufacturing business units. The Finance Manager role is a highly operational, hands‑on role with strong business partnering exposure. The role will be reporting to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational finance business partnering across manufacturing operations
- Manage working
capital
, supplier prioritisation, and cash flow oversight - Support CAPEX
, forecasting, and FP&A activities - Analyse manufacturing variances
, standard costing, and operational performance - Maintain and review Bills of Materials (BOM) and goods movement cost analysis
- Deliver financial insight and challenge to operational stakeholders
- Support reporting development, including Power BI (desirable)
- Proven manufacturing finance experience
- Qualified or QBE candidates considered
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, costing, and operational finance
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Confident communicator able to influence operational teams
- Power BI experience advantageous
